People love to rag on the German stuff, but maintenance is maintenance. If you don't do it or ignore what's going on, you're destined for failure.

You want a premium high performance car - you have to pay for a premium high performance car. That's part of the game. If you don't want to spend this amount of money, drive something else. I never would drive a powerfull Audi, BMW or Merc, because of the costs and we have a strict speedlimit here, so all of these cars make no sense anymore.

If you want a newer car or something more powerful the N55 and B58 are damn solid for modern motors. I've seen tons of N55's pushing 200k and so far the B58 is looking just as reliable. Not to mention Toyota was confident enough in the motor to put it in the Supra.

Hi, my 760 Li N73 2003 -2005 model. fuelpumps are Reading 10 bar pressure. CAR has 78.000 kms. Replaced the diafragma, but still no presure increase. Engine gets not enough fuel. Doe you have a Solution or know What the cause could be? Dutch Owner 😅

German cars are great 👍 However The owners of said german cars, are the whole reason they have such expensive bills... Lack of proper maintenance, euro cars can take alot of abuse. German cars cannot take alot of neglect. Lack of owner intelligence mt friends... It boils down to that and nothing else

There’s a reason I stay away from Audi. My 97 BMW has been ultra reliable and pulls like a freight rain. It consumes some oil but it’s like 1 qt per 1,000 miles or $5. Been running great for 27 years!!

that's easy $5k-$7k job. if done correctly I guess it's worth it.

I would replace all the exhaust valve to prevent happening again!
